"Coming home, to Georgia from Sturgis this year. Me and RC. His heritage blew up, They came picked us up, at closing time, and put us up in a hotel, behind dealer shop. Mechanic in am. told us the bad news. We both purchased new bikes that day. Shipped mine 07 ultra home. Road new ones home. AWESOME people. Never been treated so good, They took 6 hrs with us, while we picked out bikes. I now have to travel 465 miles to visit my favorite dealer. Great ride. Thanks to Jason Farmer. Jeremy, Tim. The bike had a few problems carb, oil leak, and needed windshield made mention to salesman all the problems were fixed I rode the bike home an hour later what a sweet deal. "My bike broke down front wheel bearing went out while riding one phone call to Black Diamond service department and 20 min later my bike and I was picked up the next morning I went to the service dept to check on the damage and see how long it would take to fix my bike and ask about repairing a leak while it was there I was told it would be 2 or 3 days later that same day I got a call from Black Diamond my bike was ready and everything was fixed while they were fixing the leak the mechanics noticed that my clutch pack needed to be replaced and he fixed it on the spot with a new clutch pack and other parts Great Job Service Department and yes I would recommend when buying a bike buy the warranty on a used one it's cheap and worth it roadside pick up new front bearings and new clutch and other parts 50 dollars out the door. Shad, you have a great shop and great employees who keep my bike looking good and running great Thank You to everyone at Black Diamond"

"The entire BD family is awesome; I have visited the dealership several times since 2010 to purchase accessories and clothes, my brother and a friend purchased bikes from BD so I decided to look at BD first when I wanted to purchase a new Road Glide Ultra. The entire experience was phenomenal; Gordon listened intently to what I was looking to do and what I could afford; the trade discussion with Shad and Gordon was a no-haggle event, they gave what I was looking for; Teri explained the cost and provided details about the Diamond Rider program; E.O. took care of my chrome exhaust needs; Craig explained the service needs. Finally, Gordon willingly shared his impressive knowledge of the 2016 FLTRU. Gordon's genuine concern for safety when using the new features while riding the bike is greatly appreciated. "I have bought 2 bikes from BD in the last year. Drove 2.5 hours to buy the Ultra Limited and after the experience and deal on it we drove down to buy another bike a month later for our son. EO was great to deal with on both deals and made sure I had exactly what I wanted. Just had 5000-mile service, some upgrades done and purchased an extended warranty and everyone I dealt with through parts, service and office people purchasing the warranty were great to deal with. Everyone at BD is focused on customer service. I will continue to have my bike serviced there. There is a reason I ride 2.5 hours to Black Diamond even though there is an H-D store 5 miles from me."

"Our trike went into limp mode on Hwy 3. We were on vacation from Iowa heading to Savannah Georgia. We found Black Diamond on the web and called to see if they could pick us up. They were very helpful and sent one of their guys out to pick us up ASAP. Got our trike right into the shop and thankfully it was a pretty simple fix. They were all just awesome! Now comes the unbelievable part...they didn't charge us a dime. This was at least a 70-mile round trip. Who does this anymore? Black Diamond does. We will definitely pay it forward. I sure hope all Harley shops would treat travelers in need of help the same way Black Diamond does. Thanks to Jim and his service dept again!"
