"I broke down on my 01 Ultra just north of Paducah on my way home from Tn. The folks at the dealership down there in Paducah said they couldn't see me till the 31st of July. Mind you that was almost 2 weeks away and I'm 800 miles from home. I contacted the great folks at Black Diamond and got me in the very next day! One fried stator and rotor later, I was back on the road again. I road 750 miles to my home on friday and didn't have any problems what so ever. Ya'll went far beyond the call of duty and I haven't stopped talking to people about ya'll since I left your shop! Thanks again and will see you the next time I ride through!! "Early Spring I wrecked FLSTC and messed the bike up pretty bad, BLK D came to our home after the bike was taken there by tow truck,picked the bike up and took it BLK D, I was taken to the hospital via Ambulance, their service dept kept me informed of the parts as they came in, they also promised me my bike would be ready for the Illinois Hogg Rally and it was!!!!
The men in the service dept are fab! what customer service is given everytime you go to BLK D!! I can't thank them enough for all they did, and how fast it was done,,,my bike was in the shop prob 3weeeks,,,

"My name is Bob and I'm from the Chicago area. I was traveling Saturday June 26 with my wife, my nephew, his wife, and a friend. We shopped, met some fellow bikers, enjoyed the weekly Saturday event and headed out to the wineries. We pulled out and then it happened, 4 blocks away and my 1999 Road King just cutout. I coasted onto the shoulder feeling sick. I called Black Diamond hoping they could help. Two trailers arrived within 5 minutes! I'm pretty sure the guy that helped me was named Kent. He was nice and loaded my bike up immediately. My wife and I rode back to the shop where two guys were waiting with gas can in hand. they gave me some gas and I was good as gold, all at NO CHARGE! All the guys were great. I thanked everybody and I was able to join my group and continue on our vacation. This was the best service experience ever and I'm a Black Diamond fan for life! Big kudos to all you guys, YOU ROCK!"

My wife Birdie and I were there Saturday.. I needed my back tire ballanced...I told J. Cash....he took me to service..... they were booked... but they worked me in thanks to J. Cash's help. Let me tell you the balance job was absolutely "mint" perfect . The morrors on that bike were crystal clear [ no vibs ] at 100 miles a hour..... we drve 174 miles sunday and were astounded at how smooth it rode... THANKS J. "I've spent 20 yrs in the car biz. I know how professionals act. When purchasing my first "new" Harley I checked locally then got online. From my initial email answered promptly by Gordon, he was by far the most professional of any of the other dealers. Rob was right on top of securing my new bike once the deal was arranged, and even though I paid cash April was fantastic and very professional. She didnt even beat me up much when I didnt buy a warranty (which I do recommend just couldnt spend the money right now). From the ladies up front greeting me to everyone I met throughout the store everyone made me feel like my purchase mattered. Eric did a great job juggling 3 customers at the parts counter and still got me hooked up with some accessories. "I purchased a 08 Ultra (not from Black Diamond) and asked my local dealer what a regular 10k service would run, I was told $370.00 and the hourly shop rate just went up. I had visited Black Diamond in the past and was welcomed by all the staff that I spoke with. I decided to call Black Diamond to check on their service prices. They charged $289.00 for my 10k AND I had purchased a set of heat exhaust shields at my local dealer and was told by parts dept. (piece of cake to install) wrong!! I asked Black Diamond if they would go ahead and install the shields even tho I did not purchase them there and they did with a smile...NO CHARGE either just happy to do the 10k. Black Diamond Service Department "thank-you", I will be back for the rest of my service needs and if I decide to purchase a new bike again or buy any accessories I will definitely make you my last stop.."

"A close friend of mine told me that if I wanted to purchase or trade a bike, Black Diamond was the dealership in our area where I should be looking. I contacted them on line with my plans to upgrade and was contacted by Syan, a recently new sales person who had just transferred up from a dealership in Florida. Syan's attitude and willingness to please stayed with me until I was satisfied with my pick and purchase of a pre-owned FLH. He and the rest of the staff took care of the necessary paperwork, loaded the bike on my trailer for me and checked with me after I returned home just to see if I made it safely and without indicents. I met the owner of Black Diamond who made me feel like we had been friends for years...and I am sure we will be from here on. "I had an AMAZING experience at Black Diamond. I have several friends that purchased bikes from here. I had a Honda Shadow 750 and enjoyed it. My wife recently decided that she wanted to start riding and wanted me to have a bigger bike...believe it or not SHE sent me to black diamond! i walked and and talked to Zach and told him exactly what i wanted and what had to happen for me to walk out with a bike. "Some friends and I were coming back to North Carolina from the Sturgis rally. When one of the bikes wouldn't start after a gas stop, we detemined the cause was bad (old) battery. One call to Black Diamond and Eric (parts) put a battery on cherge for us. We unloaded one bike and rode to the dealership and purchased the battery. Bike started and we are back on our way. "This is the best HD dealership I have ever dealt with. You go back months later and they rememember your name and make you feel at home. I drove 179 miles from Ky because I would rather deal with them anyday over 4 rivers and Buds. Shad is great, you cant beat the clothing saleswomen and April is the best finance woman that ever lived. They are busy so there is some wait time, but Shad's Dad (Buster) or EO at the parts counter can keep you entertained. "I bought my first Harley with Black Diamond and you wont find a better dealer anywhere. The staff is awesome and so willing to go the extra,extra mile to make you happy.When i bought my bike it was getting close to closing time but that didnt matter. We were there for 2 hours after they locked the doors to get me home on my first Harley. Amazed as i was then,I was speechless when i had my first problem and called April with a flat tire. She hooked me up with service and (believe it) they made plans to pick up my bike and fix my tire as fast as possible (thank god for tire maint. plan WHEW).Not only do I live 2 hours away but they got it on Thurs. and called me Sat. morning to say it was ready, oh did i mention i had the 10k service done also. as great as this sounds it gets better. I was fully expecting to have to find time to go and pick up my ride,and wouldnt you know it they called me back and said they would be coming through the area on Mon. and could drop it off. they put in 8 hours of drive time,serviced and fixed my flat and i was only out 1 weekend of riding. "I was visiting my sister for Thanksgiving, when I rode by black diamond harley-davidson in marion il. I didn't have time to stop but went by the next day. I met Buster outside and he made me feel like an old friend. He showed me the service dept., and where they were expanding.I wasn't in the market for a bike. We were talking about the Roadglide and it superior handling. I my self was a Honda rider. Another shopper requested to ride a Ultra Glide, and he told me to ride the Road Glide. Zach pulled them out and we went on a 25 minute ride. It felt as if I was riding on air. When we returned to the dealer, Zach made me a deal I couldn't refuse. Erick in parts got me a back rest with the 105TH emblem and assissited in ordering other parts which were shipped to my home in LA. Mark in service went over the bike and showed me all the features and how to use them. He also showed how to strap down my bike to bring home. Leigha assissited in outfitting me with Harley wear. "I had a problem with the DFO I had purchased at Black Diamond. The manufacturer sent a new one overnight. Mike in service went out of his way to get my bike in and get the new DFO installed. "I have never been treated so well by any dealership car,boat,motorcycle ect.. as I was by your entire staff at Black Diamond. Rick was so helpful that I ended up buying two bikes in three weeks and poor April had to pull it all together. They delivered my bike to my front door almost two hours away and paper work was done on my back porch. When the bike arrived I had a question about an adjustment and Shad, the co-owner called me personally. I never had that happen before either. "March 2007, my husband and I bought a 2007 Softail from a HD dealer just up the road from Black Diamond. The bike was a lemon. We had multiple problems and complaints.
